1800R Honda
The 1800R is equipped with caterpillar tracks to operate on rough and hard to access terrain. Therefore, this machine is not only suitable for garden and park, but also for forestry. The low and rigid construction can easily handle steep hills of up to 20°.
This self-propelled wood chipper features an efficient rotor chipping system, powered by a 21 hp Honda GX630 V-twin engine. Branches up to 12 cm (dry wood 10 cm) are automatically pulled inside and effortlessly processed into fine wood chips.
The tracks are driven by a Honda GX160 engine. It has are 3 speeds forward and 1 reverse speed. With a width of only 72 cm, the machine fits through narrow passages with ease. Also loading and unloading the machine in a van or onto trailer is no longer an effort with this driving system.
To meet all the needs of professionals, the 1800R is standard equipped with an hour counter set, an extra petrol tank (10 liters) and a 270° turnable output. Besides, the deflector on the output is adjustable up to 100° so that the chips can be ejected in any direction.
The 1800R has been certified independently and it meets the highest safety requirements, including the forestry machine standard (NEN-EN 13525:2020). The machine is provided with a panic bar around the input and safety switches on both the input and the output.
