At GTM Professional, excellent service is a given. When you purchase a new machine, you naturally expect more than just equipment. It starts with expert advice from our dealers. They know exactly which wood chipper or other machine meets your needs.
No time to waste and want to get to work quickly? Our machines are usually available from stock and can be made ready for use by your dealer. Even after purchase, you are always assured of technical support and periodic maintenance, all at your trusted local store!

Spare parts in stock

In addition to machines that we deliver directly from stock, all parts are also available separately. A GTM Professional machine is therefore always a durable investment. Even for our ‘oldtimers’, we often still have parts available. We’re happy to help you find the right part!

Warranty

Before the wood chippers leave our factory, each machine undergoes an extensive quality check. The warranty certificate is attached to the machine and provided with a unique number. Should defects occur in the material or construction despite the quality check, the machine is eligible for warranty.

Warranty period

For professional use, we offer a warranty period of 6 months and for private use a period of 2 years. Transport damage, damage due to improper use, and wear parts are excluded. Warranty is handled according to European Directive 1999/44/EC.

Warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact your GTM Professional dealer where the machine was purchased. Make sure you have the purchase invoice at hand.
